The Struggle

Man!

This battle with my hair is getting out of hand! One day its curly the next its straight, and the next its nappy (by the way I believe that being nappy is beautiful so don't take offense)

I need some new products!!! This struggle to conform is taking over me. Why can't I look like everyone else?

When people say this....who is everyone else?....Why does the majority always rule the way we think?

I am beautiful with my kinky hair...I am beautiful with my curves for days.... I am beautiful

Whether I'm weaved up, twisted tight, fro'd out, curled tight or just plain crazy...I'm me.... don't try to understand it...just accept it
